HAPPY NEW YEAR 2015!

Chúc mừng năm mới! Một năm kết thúc và một năm lại bắt đầu. Đây là lúc tôi gửi đến anh chị em (ACE), những học viên của tôi chủ nhiệm cũng như học viên của Ban Anh ngữ và Phiên dịch quốc tế SUNNYVIETNAM, cùng những quý bạn độc giả xa gần cùng chia sẻ, hợp tác và trao đổi bài vở suốt hơn 5 năm qua. Xin gửi những lời cám ơn chân thành. Chúc ACE cùng quý bạn vui vẻ, thịnh vượng và hạnh phúc trong năm 2015.

Năm qua các nội dung bài giảng đáp ứng được nhu cầu của người học tiếng Anh. Năm 2015 cũng là năm SUNNYVIETNAM có những bước chuyển mình tại cơ sở mới - số 23 Nguyễn Văn Hưởng, P.Thảo Điền, quận 2, TPHCM và tại các doanh nghiệp trên địa bàn TPHCM. SUNNYVIETNAM đã mang đến cho hàng trăm học viên xa gần, thu hút các bạn học viên trong nước và các bạn nước ngoài có ngôn ngữ là tiếng anh qua nhiều khóa học. Cảm ơn ACE học viên đã tìm đến và đặt niềm tin cậy cùng chương trình. Rất nhiều trong số ACE đã rất thành công, và nhận ra rằng ANH NGỮ đã thực sự rất thú vị, và đơn giản với họ đó cũng là một đòn bẩy quan trong trong bước thăng tiến nghề nghiệp của mỗi người. 
Mỗi khóa học hoàn tất cả 4 kĩ năng nghe – nói – đọc – viết kéo dài từ 3- 9 tháng tùy theo trình độ học viên. Nhiều ACE học viên rất siêng năng, chịu khó và kiên nhẫn học hỏi dù bận công việc cơ quan và gia đình, không ngại đường xa tìm đến. Đó là niềm hạnh phúc lớn lao của cá nhân tôi. Với vai trò là phiên dịch viên quốc tế, am hiểu đa dạng văn hóa làm việc phương Tây, và cũng là nhà tham vấn tâm lý, Tôi sẽ luôn nỗ lực hết mình để giúp cho từng bài học thú vị, thiết thực, phù hợp với tâm lý học viên lớn tuổi trong chương trình học tiếng Anh giao tiếp thương mại dành cho người đi làm, tôi sẵn lòng hỗ trợ ACE học viên đạt được kết quả Anh ngữ tốt nhất.

Trong chủ đề bài viết hôm nay, tôi đề cập đến những đặc tính để trở thành “NGƯỜI THÀNH CÔNG” để ACE chúng ta cùng thảo luận. Với mục đích hướng đến sự phát triển cá nhân và mỗi học viên cùng tôi trải nghiệm, chia sẻ. Tôi hy vọng bài viết song ngữ này khơi dậy một phần nào đó tính thành công vốn tồn tại nơi chính chúng ta cũng như đáp ứng thiết thực vốn từ vựng trong topic này.

I dare not mention qualifications or academic qualifications or of someone to believe that they are the deciding factor will be successful, I am interested in what respects they think, how do they develop  themselves  and what skills they have to develop their work to generate income in happy relationships in their lives. I think in order to be successful, we need:

1. There inquisitive spirit, good listener

2. Always professional training as well as improve the culture, pay attention to specialist skill and some  soft skills, such as: computing skills, document skill, communication skills or simply only language skill…

3. Always renew yourself in a positive way, with good habits such as: (keeping promises, reading books, thinking practically.

WORK PERSPECTIVE

- Have the clear goals

- Has a passion for the work what you do, work in methodically and scientific way.

- Always have a specific plan at work: time management, assignment and efficient resource control

- Know the opportunities and know how to hold them

- know how to solve the problem acumen

- Chăm chỉ, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và tính hợp tác;

-  Có quyết tâm và tinh thần mạo hiểm;

- có tính cách kiên nhẫn, không lấy việc gặp trắc trở hay khó khăn làm buồn phiền. Học từ những kinh nghiệm đã trải qua của mình ;

Tôi không dám đề cập đến trình độ hay bằng cấp hay học vị của một người nào đó để cho rằng đó là yếu tố quyết định họ là người sẽ thành công, tôi quan tâm đến khía cạnh họ suy nghĩ gì, trau dồi bản thân như thế nào và họ có kỹ năng gì đề phát triển công việc của họ để tạo ra thu nhập trong mối quan hệ hạnh phúc trong cuộc sống của họ. Tôi nghĩ để thành công cần:

1. Có tinh thần ham học hỏi, biết lắng nghe;
2. Luôn bồi dưỡng chuyên môn cũng như trau dồi kiến thức thường xuyên. Chú ý đến những kĩ năng chuyển môn và một số kỹ năng mềm , chẳng hạn như: kỹ năng vi tính, kĩ năng viết văn bản, biên soạn tài liệu, kĩ năng giao tiếp, hay chỉ đơn giản là kỹ năng nghe điện thoại….
3. Luôn đổi mới bản thân theo hướng tích cực, có những thói quen tốt như: (giữ lời hứa , đọc sách, suy nghĩ thực tế...)

QUAN ĐIỂM CÔNG VIỆC

- Có mục tiêu rõ ràng;

- Có niềm đam mê yêu thích công việc họ làm, làm việc nghiêm túc, khoa học;

- Luôn có kế hoạch cụ thể trong công việc: quản lý thời gian, sự phân công và kiểm soát nguồn lực hiệu quả;

^{The Mid-autumn Festival dates back over 3,000 years, to moon worshipping in the Shang Dynasty. Ancient Chinese emperors worshiped the moon in the autumn, as they believed that the practice would bring them another harvest year. The word “mid-autumn” first appeared in the Zhou Dynasty. During that time, worshipping the moon on the 15th night of the eighth month had spread to high officials and rich families. The practice entailed placing a large table in the middle of the yard under the moon, and they put offerings such as fruits and snacks on the table. However, not until the early Tang Dynasty was the day officially celebrated as a traditional festival. It then became an established festival during the Song Dynasty, and has become as popular as the Spring Festival since the Ming and Qing Dynasties.}

^{Appreciating the moon has been a custom since the Tang Dynasty (618–907). Not only the rich merchants and officials, but also the common citizens, liked appreciating the moon together at that time. The rich merchants and officials held big parties in their big courts. They drank and appreciated the bright moon. Music and dances were also indispensable. The common citizens just prayed to the moon for a good harvest.}

^{The tradition of eating mooncakes during the festival bgan in Yuan Dynasty. At the end of Yuan Dynasty (1271–1368, a dynasty ruled by the Mongols), the Han people’s army wanted to overthrow the rule of the Mongols, so they planed an uprising, but they had no way to inform every Han who wanted to join them of the time of the uprising without being discovered by the Mongols. One day, the military counselor of the Han people’s army, Liu Bowen, thought out a stratagem related to mooncakes. Liu Bowen asked his soldiers to spread the rumor that there would be a serious disease in winter and eating mooncakes was the only way to cure the disease, then he asked soldiers to write "uprising, at the night of Mid-Autumn Festival" on papers and put them into mooncakes then sell them to common Han people. When the night of the Mid-Autumn Festival came a huge uprising broke out. From then on, people eat mooncakes every Mid-Autumn Festival to commemorate the uprising.}

Tet Trung Thu, as it is known in Vietnam, or the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival as we refer to in foreign countries, is a wonderful, ancient festival that revolves around children.

A glistening Fullmoon Festival night

Vietnam’s Mid-Autumn Moon Festival (or Full moon Festival) takes place on the full moon night (15^th of the Lunar August), the most charming and picturesque night of the year. The festival involves the customs of moon contemplating, procession of star & moon - shaped lanterns, lion dance, as well as holding parties with moon cakes and fruits. Do you know why we have this special festival?

The origin…

The Festival dates back as far as 15-20,000 years ago in Southeast Asia, and is traditionally held on the 15th day of the 8th Lunar Month. Looking at the moon on this day, you will see that its orbit is at the lowest angle to the horizon, making the moon appear brighter and larger than at any other time of the year. Thus, accordingly, there came a festival with a series of entertainment activities in honor of the beautiful full moon.

There are several explanations for that phenomenon as well as the tradition of celebrating the Mid-autumn Festival. Some said that it began since the reign of King Duong Minh Hoang in China, at the beginning of the 8th century. According to ancient manuscripts, the Emperor often wished to visit the

Moon cakes

In Ho Chi Minh city. Between 10^th and 15th of August, Ho Chi Minh City government holds "Full Moon Festival" parties for children. Are you interested in the disadvantage children? On this occasion, the city arranges for some 5.000 children to participate in lantern processions along the main streets.

Today, the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival, together with the encouraging affection for children, promotes education, poetry, dance, arts and crafts. Most overseas Vietnamese family, though far away from their home country, would like to bring their kids back to the home country right in Full moon festival time, one amongst the most important ones in Vietnam. Otherwise, most of them hold a distant festival on their own in the country where they live to remind the kids of their origin and national culture.

Not only locals, but also foreign tourists are warmly welcomed you to join in this special festival. Surely, you will have much fun when taking part in the crowds, seeing children carrying the lanterns, eating cakes and receiving gifts of celebration during the Mid-Autumn Festival!
