                                 How do you know if you really like someone?

DLP : We've all met those who we're attracted to for one reason or another, maybe even a few reasons...

But how do you KNOW if you like them?  Are there any signs you look for or reactions, behavior, physiology?

You know--your heart skipping a beat--that sort of thing...?

You feel beautiful, special, "in the zone".I read this quote in Obama's book last night and marked it because I like it: "...and perhaps that's how any love begins, impulses and cloudy images that allow us to break across our solitude, and then, if we're lucky, are finally transformed into something firmer."

I get that fluttery feeling with almost every cute girl I meet... then it goes away after a couple weeks.   I know I like someone when I actually want to spend time with them other than between the sheets.

for me- i know i like someone when i can't get them out of my mind. then i start thinking of all the fun things we could do- from having dinner, walking around the city, watching each other laugh/giggle, smiling continuously, and yes... even the stuff behind closed doors. so what if i'm a lil freak? lol. you see- i don't do this with most crushes. crushes- i just lust and talk about with the general public... but it's all out of fun and no pursuing. i never think too much of them. however, if it's a serious "LIKING" situation... i can't function without having to listen to their voice. i blush like a china doll. =)

the funny thing is- i give a lot of signals to those i like. i may be a seductress and intimidating sometimes- but to those whom strike my fancy... they will obviously know it. i make it clear. unfortunately- some people don't know how to respond or don't respond at all. oh well- i'm not dying over it. moving on!!!

i've met a number of nice, attractive guys.. but for me, the jumpy feeling in the stomach indicates chemistry.
