“Nowadays, Food has become easier to prepare. Has this change improved the people live?”

In Vietnam, people usually use rice, vegetable and meat in main meals.

Changes in rice preparation methods, for example, have improved our lives greatly (Những thay đổi trong việc nấu cơm là một ví dụ, đã cải thiện cuộc sống của chúng ta rất nhiều) Many years ago, when there was not rice – cooker, it is was hard to people to cook rice. They had to cook it carefully in a long time if they wanted to have good rice. But today, with rice – cooker, people can make it easily. They only have to put rice into the rice – cooker and all things they have to do are waiting for it about 20 to 30 minutes.

Parallel to the society development, there are more and more equipment which help people prepare food easier such as: micro wave, grill, blender… these are helpful equipment, using them, people can make food to [A2] have more interesting dishes.

Nowadays, science and technology are have been growing up quickly, economics are expanded to global, fast - food is more popular all over the world. Fast – food has changed the way people taste food. They eat fast food to make themselves full quickly. Therefore, it has decreased the value of food. But this can help them save time to do other things. So, they have much more time to finish their work, to relax, to take care of their family and so on… Many kinds of fast food are very famous in the world such as: the hamburger, fried chicken, the pizza…

However, thank to model equipment, people can prepare more dishes in a short time. It means they can prepare a party quickly with variety delicious dishes of food in special times. This can make people closer when preparing or tasting food.

In general, “food has become easier to prepare” has improved people live. When people go out, they can meet food everywhere. When people are hurry, they can save time by eating fast food. Or when they want to have a good meal, they can make it easier. It is very convenient for people to choose suitable food with their purpose.
